1. During the removal of capacitor packaging and the whole test process, white gauze gloves shall be worn for operation, and bamboo or wood tweezers shall be used for clamping and holding
Dry and clean the working table to avoid the surface arcing when the capacitor is under high voltage test due to the sweat or other dirt.
2. During high voltage test, independent clamp shall be used for safety, and organic solvent shall be used for the contact capacitance part of clamp before test
(such as anhydrous ethanol) clean, make sure there is no dirt and dry before use.
3. During high-voltage test, the capacitance shall not contact with other low resistivity objects other than the test fixture, so as to avoid misjudgment of surface discharge.
4. When the test is completed, the "start" high-voltage test shall be completed, and the discharge function shall also be performed according to the operation instructions of the tester. Otherwise, the capacitors contact with each other for short circuit, which is easy to cause failure.
The unpacked packing bag shall be sealed in time, and the attached desiccant shall not be taken out, and the storage and use environment shall be moisture-proof.
